The problem
Close of day meant counting, guessing, and a spreadsheet that never matched the shelf. New staff could sell, but they could not close.
Project / 02
A counter system for a shop that was still reconciling stock on paper at close.

02
Sales, stock, and a nightly figure the floor team trusts.
03Approach
We stood at the till through a Saturday. The software had to fit that motion, not a retail textbook.
A barcode scan had to update the shelf number immediately — or nobody would trust the figure.
Nightly report, exceptions, and a number the manager can sign without a second count.
Handover was on shift, with the people who would live in the till the next morning.
After launch they stayed with us — small fixes, training, and a review we could plan around.
01Selected work
Learning, retail, operations, and care — each one left with training and after-sales, not just a go-live date.
Tell us the job your team needs done and we will map a scope.
