We watched a real week of teaching — enrolment, materials, and the awkward ‘who is behind’ conversation.

The product had to answer: who is in this cohort, what have they finished, and what is next.

Enrolment first, then progress, then a faculty view. Each slice was used before the next started.
Hand over on the floor
Training happened on their own courses, not a demo dataset. After-sales covered the first two cohorts.
